The data on the SOCDS reports HMDA for single family loans, both for purchase and refinancing. Loan counts, median loan amount, the median income of the borrower, and purpose of the loan are presented by race and ethnic group for states, counties, and core-based statistical areas. |
Micropolitan area data are not included.
To retrieve data, first choose State based reporting or Core Based Statistical Area(CBSA) reporting
