Third Annual Report of the Administrative Agency Experiment Evaluation
The third annual report of HUD’s Housing Allowance Administrative Agency Experiment (HAAAE), this publication discusses the period from October 1974 to October 1975. HAAAE was the third and final component of the Experimental Housing Allowance Program, and consisted of an observation of eight local housing agencies as they carried out the administration of a housing allowance program.
