New American Neighborhoods: Building Homeownership Zones to Revitalize Our Nation's Communities

This historic publication describes dozens of Homeownership Zones in communities across the country. These diverse communities were achieved with the assistance of a variety of programs, including Development Block Grants, HOME Investment Partnerships, FHA single-family home mortgage insurance, HOPE 3, and Urban Development Action Grants.
